Thought we would let you know about our 35th
Anniversary trip to Egypt thanks to Golden Royal
tours. We had a wonderful time. Because we were not
part of a large tour group our guides, Alaa, Nadia
in Upper Egypt and Joseph in Lower Egypt, took an
extraordinary amount of time to ensure we understood
the History and events that led up to each Dynasty.
They became our friends in the limited amount of
time together. The Pyramid Hotel in Cairo was very
comfortable and the restaurants supplied a nice
dining selection. We would, however, tell future
guests to obtain Egyptian currency before coming to
the Hotel. Our Cruise up the Nile was full of
eventful trips. We purchased the Excursion Package
that contained 5 tours and at our age it was a
little difficult to keep up and comprehend all that
was presented to us. The dining was almost exotic in
the selection that they presented to us daily. But,
everything was amazing. All of the travel in
your Egyptian Elegance 10 Day Tour was very nicely
taken care of by the guides, air travel, ground
transportation and being punctual so we didn't miss

My husband and I went on
Golden Royal Tours Egypt in Depth tour. We found Egypt
very interesting and especially enjoyed the Nile Cruise
and tours of the majestic temples. We liked all of our
guides and found them to be knowledgeable. The
treasures that Egypt has to offer make it a worthwhile
experience. We are happy with what we did and things
that we bought. We liked the two perfume stores and the
papyrus shop that guides took us to. We enjoyed the
four-day Nile trip and liked the boat and the personnel.

My daughter and I just returned from our Egypt
in Depth tour - I wanted to express my gratitude
to everyone at Golden Royal tours for a
wonderful trip and for helping make our dream
come true. We felt safe and protected at all
times. Our guide, Tamer, could not have been
more gracious or respectful, and I truly
appreciated his intelligence and expertise. I
observed other guides on other tours, and they
could not compare with the comprehensive skills,
personality, and humor Tamer brought to his job,
along with his obvious love for his country and
its amazing history.
I will never forget sitting in the Nubian House
Cafe, high on a hill overlooking Aswan, watching
the sun set over the eastern rim of the great
Sahara Desert . . . or the lone guard in the
royal mummy room of the Egyptian Museum in
Cairo, quietly chanting to the ancient kings . .

The lapis sky at first-light in Aswan, with the
haunting chants from the minarets mingling with
the music of the awakening birds in the trees .

My wife and I took
your February 3 - 12 Jewels of the Nile and it
definitely was the best trip of our lives. Our Egyptian
Adventure lived completely up to every one of our
expectations and then some. I can't stop talking or
thinking about it. Our guide Alaa was simply the best
and we would go out of our way next time to ensure that
he would again be our guide. Nothing can compare to
standing next to the Pyramids, taking an hour camel
ride, cruising on the Nile River, seeing Abu Simbel........(there's
not enough space to describe everything.)
We always felt completely
safe and unthreatened. Egyptians love tourists.
Plus Golden Royal Tour price tag was much lower than
anything comparable in Canada. Thank you again...

I wanted to express my
gratitude for a wonderful trip to Egypt. We went on
the Jan. 12th Wonders of Egypt and Red Sea. I can't tell you how wonderful and
great it was, so much more than what I had expected.
Our group was fantastic, our guide, Ahmed , no words can
ever describe how great he was. With knowledge that can
fill a history book, no question seemed unanswered. He
has the kindness and patience I only wish I knew more
people with. I look forward to another trip with him as
our guide. For anyone who has ever wanted to go to
Egypt but has been undecided on, I truly urge you to
go. The culture of this beautiful land, like no
other. Everything was just amazing: the Nile, the life
and energy of the people, the pyramids, the desert land,
the lush land, old Cairo, camels, donkeys and
horses....I can't say enough...

I wanted to write and let
you know that I had the most wonderful trip to Egypt. I
did the Egypt and Dubai in depth package trip
from Dec.10th through 22nd of 2009 to celebrate my
birthday. I had the most amazing time. Both countries
are beautiful and so rich with history. I enjoyed every
site I visited and all the people I met. Our guide in
Egypt, Ahmed, was knowledgeable, patient with all our
questions, and very welcoming. I cannot wait to come
back for another visit and have already recommended the
trip to my friends. Thanks to your company and guide
(Ahmed) for making Egypt an unforgettable vacation.

excellent, our guide (Alaa) was great. Hotel

our window was lovely. Features we like most about the

Tour arrangements were
excellent, we saw 95% of Egyptian monuments and even
enjoyed an Egyptian wedding. Hotel accommodations were
very good. Cruise was excellent, so was the cruise
staff. Tour guide Samir was great. The tour was
inexpensive and well organized, educational and a hell
of a lot of fun.

I'm writing to
impart how very much I enjoyed my recent trip to Egypt
using Golden Royal Tours. It was everything I'd dreamed
it would be and overjoyed that it was so much more!
Egypt's sights, people and historical treasures took my
breath away. I was truly in awe and humbled by all that
I encountered and experienced. I'm definitely having a
"Golden Royal tours" withdrawal.
Our tour was so great
due to our guide, Joseph. He was and is exceptional!
I can't believe the wealth of knowledge this young
man possesses on any topic about his country. Also,
our group wasn't an easy one for him. Joseph
was charming and always professional in his dealings
with the group. He cared and watched over each one
of us. Golden Royal Tours and we are very fortunate
to have Joseph as a guide.
God-willing, health and
finances allowing, I'd love to come back and visit
Egypt again.

We were nervous about
taking our daughters, 12 and 19 years old, out of
the country . Our interactions with Golden Royal
Tours, and reading the statements from other people
who used the company's service and planned trips ,
helped us decide to stick with our plans and go.
We had the most
wonderful trip to Egypt. It was above and beyond
anything we had ever imagined. The service
throughout the entire trip was wonderful, the hotels
some of the best we have stayed at, the
accommodations great, and the food was delicious.
The entire trip went so smoothly and without a
problem due to all the seamless transfers, ground
transportation, and the planning Golden Royal tours
made.
I want you to know that
at no time during the trip were we ever
uncomfortable either physically or emotionally.
Between our wonderful guide, your company's
arrangements, and the Egyptian people themselves, we
felt completely comfortable and safe at all times.

My wife and I just
returned from Simply Egypt tour that left October
07th, returned 14th 2009. I wanted to say we had a
fantastic time. Our guides (Ahmed and Tamer) were
great, the accomodations were great, the sights were
beyond words. We found Egypt to be very safe, the
people very friendly (even the vendors were nice in
their special way), and the tour was most enjoyable.
I wish I could tell everyone how now is the time to
go. With so few people travelling the sights are not
filled to the gills with other tourists. Thanks
again for having such a great package at such a
great price.

We just returned from
your Egypt and Africa in Depth .We had an excellent
trip... The transfer services performed by the tour
people were very good. All drivers in Egypt and
Kenya were very good throughout the tour... The
hotels in Egypt and Kenya and cruise accommodations
were very good and better than anticipated. Our
cabin on the boat was quite roomy, and the food and
service were very good indeed... Our guide Tamer was
outstanding. We were very pleased with Golden Royal
tours and our contact there, Tammie, who was
responsive to our questions and concerns and
returned our phone calls immediately. We would
certainly consider Golden Royal Tours again....

The tour was
well-planned and executed. Given the logistical
planning that goes into putting together the
transportation and various admissions to Egypt's
ancient sites, I don't know how one could plan such
a trip on one's own. Moreover having a wonderfully
knowledgeable guide with a Master's Degree in
Egyptology made touring the sites all the more
meaningful. I would definitely recommend this
package and Golden Royal Tours.
